Chris Loo - General Partner

Chris graduated from University of San Francisco with Bachelor Degree in Computer Science. Being an entreprenuer, Chris started his own online-game development company in 2007 with offices in Singapore and Shanghai. During his stint as Founder and CEO of the company, he had interacted with many Investors and Venture Capitalists which led him to his next venture of setting up Singapore Creativity Parks in 2013.

Singapore Creativity Parks manages 5 office buildings in Min Hang District in Shanghai. The property spans over an area of 635,070 sqft and is located in the heart of most major hi-tech companies’ offices. The location not only serve as an ideal office location but as a platform for young and budding enterprises from all over the world to tap on the Chinese market. Chris is also a very active investor investing in traditional investment assets such as real estate and private funds to technology companies, Pre-IPOs and crypto-related funds and companies.

Dean Tai - General Partner

Dean graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He started his career with one of the Research Institutes in A*STAR as a Business Development Executive. As a key account manager, he had successfully anchored 2 major Japanese hard-disk drives component manufacturers to set up their R&D centres in Singapore.

Subsequently, Dean took up the role of the Business Development Manager in Time Voyager Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based online game developer, which has successfully licensed their game title to one of the top publishers in China. Dean has assisted the company in participating various government initiatives that promotes games development and E-Sports in Singapore. He was also involved in sourcing potential funding and business collaborations with game-related venture capitalists and partners. Since 2016, Dean is the General Manager of a Singapore family office which invests in real estate, Pre-IPOs, technology companies and crypto-related projects.

Coco Wang - Investment Manager

Coco graduated from Guangzhou University and started her career in Shanghai Shi Chuan Digital Pte Ltd in 2010 as an Investment Analyst. She rose through the ranks to become an Investment Manager. Her role involved analyzing and building the investment thesis for games development companies seeking Seed and Series A funding. She also did extensive business consulting to pivot the investee companies’ business model in the fast and competitive gaming landsape in China. She worked closely with Shanghai Creativity Parks.

In 2020, she moved on to SCP Group Limited and helped the Group to make their maiden investment in two up and rising Unicorns in the Philippines, Angkas and Inteluck Corporation. Angkas is a motorcycle ride-hailing platform that helps provide mobility to the Filipinos in one of the most traffic congested countries. Inteluck Corporation is a tech-driven logistics startup which is accelerating its expansion across Southeast Asia.
